Our dear friend Cathy Rose Lyons came Saturday to give Bob and me some pointers on how best to photograph our work. The textures of both fabric and wood are difficult to capture in photographs. We learned a lot by just watching her; she is a consummate artist with the camera ( and with many other things, too! ) Of course, one secret is lighting, lighting, lighting.
